The girls had their Christmas Ballet Recital this last Friday night.
Carley danced to: Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy & Jingle Bells. This girl LOVES to dance! We ran into her dance teacher just a few weeks ago & as soon as Carley saw her she broke out in dance! She was so happy up on stage smiling & dancing. She did a great job & her favorite dance to perform was Jingle Bells. Even the day after she made me play Jingle Bells & watch her dance again & again!
Mya danced to: March (From Nutcracker)& Gotta Get Back by Christmas. Mya came alive during the Christmas song & just rocked it! Her form is wonderful & it's been fun to see her progress.
The lighting is horrible at this venue aka school so none of the recital pictures turned out well or the girls had creepy eyes. A family shot after. Carley got hit with a book in the head back stage so that's why she looks like she's been crying.

Wonderful Grandma Nae Nae braved the snow to make it down. The girls were SO happy. She also did their hair & helped me get them ready - thank goodness!!
Tumbling in class recital. Mya hated this class & cried everyday - mostly because she didn't like to do the bar work. She had to finish the semester & then it was her choice to continue or not. Sooo she will not be continuing but we are proud of her for sticking it out.
